I believe that leading a happy and healthy lifestyle shouldn't be intimidating.  You shouldn't be overwhelmed by the overabundance of information on fitness and you definitely shouldn't let that deter you from beginning your fitness journey.

It is my mission to make health and fitness simple and accessible to everyone.  That's why I focus on strength.

Strength is the foundation of all athletic attributes.  When you get stronger, you get faster, you can run farther, your balance gets better, you stand a little taller, pain tends to reside, and you'll find that you're able to do things that you never could have done before.  Not to mention that you usually LOOK better too!
